ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices on our website are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Orders are subject to availability. Once your order has been placed, you'll receive confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout. If there is an issue with your order or an item becomes unavailable, we'll get in touch with you as soon as we can.

SHIPPING

Patch of Kindness is based in the Waikato, New Zealand, and our orders are shipped from within NZ. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery will generally take around 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier.

At this stage, we only ship within New Zealand.

Delivery times are estimates and delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control can sometimes happen.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached. If you'd like to organise a return or exchange, please contact us first.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can help sort it out.

SIZING & AVAILABILITY

We keep a selected range of AS Colour sizes in stock.

If your size isn't currently available on our website, you're welcome to contact us. Where the size and garment are available from our supplier, we'll do our best to order it in and have it made for you.

CHARITABLE DONATIONS

Patch of Kindness currently puts $5 - $10 from every product sold towards donations to New Zealand mental health charities.

We may also collect voluntary donations through donation jars at markets, events or other community activities.

The organisations we support may change over time. We choose where donations go based on where we believe they can make a meaningful contribution.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a Patch of Kindness product is a purchase from Patch of Kindness and is not a direct donation to the charity receiving our contributions.

MENTAL HEALTH INFORMATION

Patch of Kindness supports conversations around men's mental health and provides links to external support services and resources through our Get Support page.

We are not therapists, counsellors, medical professionals or a mental health service.

Information provided through our website, social media or community activities is intended for general information and awareness and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment.

THE KINDNESS PROJECT

The Kindness Project is a Patch of Kindness community initiative designed to put acts of kindness out into the world and encourage others to do the same.

Stories, photos or experiences submitted to us will not automatically be published or used for promotional purposes unless appropriate permission has been obtained.

WEBSITE CONTENT

All Patch of Kindness branding, original designs, photographs, written content and other original material on this website belong to Patch of Kindness unless otherwise stated.

Please don't reproduce, sell or use our original content or designs commercially without our permission.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to display our products, colours, sizing and descriptions as accurately as possible.

Colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and garment measurements may vary slightly.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as Patch of Kindness grows or our services change.
